MAYA.M ships with DHL all around the world. You can shop our website and once you submit your order you can see your final order total including shipping and vat costs when applicable.

Tax duties and customs will be charged as per the rates and clearance of each country and paid by the receiver upon delivery accordingly.
As the receiver, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to.
Payment of these is a must to clear and release your order from customs upon arrival. International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the shipping method, the volumetric weight of the items purchased and the destination of the shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor your shipment. How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be handled and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow longer time during non-working days, when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Once the bag has been dispatched, shipping requires 3 to 4 working days. We work hand in hand with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international shipments.

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

How do I take care of my Product?
Each handbag is unique and different in its design and fabric.
It takes tens of steps to creating a bag from hand cutting the pieces that will form the basic structure , to sewing together all the individual parts.
The entire process occurs by hand and each step involves a craftsman who is specially qualified to each individual task.
Leather is a natural material that needs care and attention
-Avoid contact with water, creams, make up or perfume.
-If your bag gets wet, dry it in the shade away from heat sources.
-Crocodile, lizard and python skins are very sensitive. In order to clean them use a dry non-fluffy cloth and be careful not to lift up the scales.
-When not in use, store the bag in its protective bag placing chain straps inside so they don’t leave a mark on the leather.
